1.能听懂、会说本单元的重点句型及主要对话 ，并能在实际生活中运用。
2.能理解并能讲述 Fun story。
教学重难点:
重点：能听懂，会说：Fun story 的对话。
难点：讲述 Fun story 的内容并且加以表演。
教学用具:
教学卡片、课件、动物玩具。
教学过程:
Step1.热身(Warm-up) ：
1.Let’s do and say out the words of animal.
2.What's missing? (Revise the words.)
Step2.Presentation
1.Show the picture and dialogue: What’ s this? (This is an old man.) What’s this? (This is a parrot.) (It’s Polly. And this is a Bo-bo!) What’s that? (It’s an elephant.) And what’s that ? (It’s a lion.) What’s this ? (It’s a tiger. )
2.Listen to the tape and read in Part1.
3.Group work.
4.Act out the dialogue in Part1.
Step3.Report and show （汇报展示）
1.Let’s act.
小组成员扮演角色做对话，并在课堂上展示尽可能地模仿其发音.其他小组成员点评。
Step4.Practice
1.听录音，完成Let’s check
先让后进学生回答，再让优等生补充。
2.看图、连线并说一说。中等生说，优生总结。
Step5.家庭作业
1.继续角色扮演Fun story。
2.复习巩固动物类单词。搜集更多动物类的单词。
3.用英文给家人描述这个故事。
