We're trying to save the earth

教学设计

                                    

一、学习目标:

1.   学生通过图片导入,小组合作讨论,复习有关环保的词汇,短语及提建议的相关句子的表达

2.   学生在老师的逐步引导下,在有限时间内快速构思、罗列提纲,通过写作实践、合作互批互改,自我总结写作的基本五步法---审、列、加、连、美。

3.   通过习作,提高学生环保意识,号召学生自觉地为保护环境做贡献。

二、教学重、难点:

1. 培养学生快速构思,罗列提纲及扩词成句,连句成文的能力。

2. 重点训练Body部分,提建议句型的表达。

三、教学方法:情景教学法,小组合作学习法。

四、教学设计

Step One. revision

1. Revise some important phrases and do some exercises.

2. Show some pictures about environmental pollution.

3. After watching the pictures, ask Ss to answer 2 questions:

4. T: We can find that the environment is becoming worse and worse. And we should do something to protect our environment.

(设计意图:引出话题环保”  暗线:审话题)

Step Two. Pre-writing

1. Presentation: Show some pictures on the big screen. Ask Ss to describe these pictures.

2. Free talk: Ask Ss to talk about “How to protect the environment?” in pairs.

Then ask Ss to share their ideas. (设计意图:引导学生复习与话题作文相关的词汇和短语

暗线:列提纲)

3. Reading: Read a short passage .

4. Reading exercises,fill in the chart.

 (设计意图:引导学生观察写作框架,为后续的Mind Map做铺垫)

5. Group WorkComplete the mind map

Focus on the body part, discuss and answer 2 questions:

1. How did you find the 4 suggestions? (引关联词)

2. How to express the ideas or suggestions?(引提建议的句型)

(设计意图:引导学生加提建议的句型,并学会使用关联词连接句型   暗线:加句型,加连词)

Step Three. While –writing

Writing:

1.        Show the writing task and help Ss to get the important information from the task.

2.        Give Ss 8 mins to write their own suggestions about protecting environment, ask one student to write his or her writing on the blackboard.

(设计意图:通过帮助学生审题、分析,重点训练Body部分关于提建议的写作内容)

Step Four. After-writing

1. Show time: let the Ss evaluate the writing which is on the blackboard together.

2. Assessment: Let the Ss exchange and evaluate their writings in groups of four and choose the best one to read in front of the class.

(设计意图:通过欣赏优秀习作,引导学生分析、评价作文。在此基础上小组再进行互评互改,进一步完善自己的文章    暗线:美化作文)

 

Step Five. Summary

1. T: 通过今天的这堂课,我们发现写作时一定要考虑五个步骤:审、列、加、连、美。

五步法要始终贯穿写作的全过程当中。

2. 号召学生采取行动,保护环境。

课后进一步完善,美化自己的作文。
