难点: 1.   How to use “at +time point ”to describe daily activities; According to the   sample making your own conversation.

2.The correct use of the when and what time   to make a sentence.

教学过程:

一、自主学习 预习检测

Finish 1a and   check the answers.

设计意图:通过预习本课重点词汇,为学习新内容做好准备;并培养学生自主学习的能力和养成课前预习的学习习惯。

Warm-up

 Daily greetings to the Ss and  Watch a video.

【设计意图】通过观看影片创设情境,让学生了解本节课的任务与需要掌握的知识.

Step 1.   Preparation

1.T:Present some pictures of activities understand   these new phrases

2. Watch and   match: Show ten pictures and let the   students match them with the given phrases.

【设计意图】为了学生更好地完成1a, 降低1a的难度。

Step2.   Presentation

1.        Present some pictures of clocks.

T: Look, what time   is it?

Ss: It’s eight o’clock/   eleven fifteen/ three thirty/ half past six/ twelve o’clock/ seven fifteen.

Teach Ss how to   use what time/o’clock.Have Ss practice saying them.

【设计意图】学生通过图片,能更好地掌握表达时间的方式。

2. Work on 1b Finish 1b

(1.)T: Listen   and match the times with the activities.

(1).Student A is the interviewer. Student B is Rick. Ask and   answer questions about Rick’s day. Practice this dialogue. Then choose five   pairs to show their dialogues.

4. Work on 2a   & 2b (finish 2a and 2b)

1Lead in: A good plane is helpful to us in our daily lives.   Jim’s family have good plans.Do you want to know some information about Jim’s   family?

2listen to the   conversation and complete the sentences.

Then check the   answers.

3T: Do 2b.  Complete the shower schedule for Jim’s   family.
